If a delivery attempt has been made the driver will leave a card detialing your locl depot. Please call us first, to discuss your requirements.Ī failed delivery will automatically be attempted on the next working day, any further attempts will incur additional charges. We can offer a paid service to build and deliver your BBQ.
Purchasing your BBQ with our free delivery service, is agreeing to these terms and conditions. The driver will only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible, which may only be kerbside. Unfortunately, the delivery company we use are also unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. Insurance restrictions mean the delivery driver will not be able to carry the barbecue up or down steps, through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Please note that BBQ's may arrive on a pallet due to the weight and size. Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 8am and 6pm. Please see individual product details for current delivery times.
